Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Punch Monk. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't, don't use the service.

1 · The service

Punch Monk provides punchmonk ai (an AI fitness coach) and supporting coaching tools for professionals. We grant you a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for personal or professional use.

2 · Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe.
• You are responsible for the conduct of your team members on your account.
• One person, one account. Sharing logins is not permitted.

3 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the service.
• Resell access without a written reseller agreement.
• Use the service to send spam, phish, or harass anyone.
• Upload content you don't own or have permission to use.
• Impersonate another coach or business.

4 · Subscriptions and billing

• 14-day free trial. No card required to start.
• After trial, plans renew monthly or yearly at the listed price.
• You can cancel anytime. We do not pro-rate partial months.
• You keep your data for 90 days after cancellation; export anytime.
• Stripe and Razorpay process payments; we never store card numbers.
• Refunds are at our discretion within 7 days of a charge if no significant use occurred.

5 · Your data is yours

You retain all rights to programs, client records, messages, photos, and any other content you upload. We hold a limited licence solely to operate the service. We do not train AI models on your data.

6 · Uptime

We target 99.9% monthly uptime measured at the API. Status published at status.punchmonk.club. No SLA credits on the trial or starter plan.

7 · Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our reasonable discretion. We will email you the reason where possible.

8 · Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty. Coaches are solely responsible for the medical and exercise advice they give to their clients. Punch Monk is software, not a medical service.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10 · Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru.

11 · Changes

We will email account holders 30 days before any material change. The effective date tracks the latest version.
